"Showed up way sooner than i thought"
it got here so fast, like way quicker than I was expecting... shipping was super quick
"Nice bag, but that zipper thing is a bit off"
I’ve been using this bag for a bit and it fits my stuff well overall. The front pocket is kind of tight though, and the zipper could definitely glide a little smoother, especially with that part when you’re trying to grab something quickly.
"Warranty support felt like a runaround"
The zipper on my bag broke, so I sent in photos and explained what happened. From the way their replies came across, it felt like they either weren’t really reading my messages or were just trying to stall, because they kept asking me for the same information over and over. After waiting weeks, I still didn’t get a clear answer or any real help. the warranty doesn’t feel very useful based on my experience.

"Just a warning for anyone thinking of..."
Just a warning for anyone thinking of ordering here, I tried buying a backpack and the whole checkout process was awful. The site kept freezing when I got to payment, and my cart emptied itself twice. I reached out to customer service, but the reply was painfully slow. After wasting way too much time, I gave up and bought the backpack somewhere else.

"Return was easy"
I ordered a backpack from Herschel Supply Co. and, while it seemed well made, the color looked a little different in person than it did online. I ended up returning it, and the process was straightforward. The site was easy to follow and I was able to get the return label without any hassle.
The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the refund took longer than I expected, so I had to wait a little. Not a huge deal though, and everything did get sorted out in the end. I’d still feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I’ve been using my Herschel backpack pretty much every day for over a year now and it’s still in good shape. No rips, zippers still work fine. I throw it around alot more than I should and it still looks good.

"Might be the worst customer services I've ever seen"
Do not respond to calls or emails and calls just ring then hang up on you. Shipped my product to the wrong location then kept my money.

"Nice-looking bag, but kind of a cheap wannabe"
The backpack looks good and feels okay at first, but the material is thinner than I expected. The zippers are working fine for now, but I’m not totally convinced this flimsy little thing is going to survive daily use for long. It’s not terrible or anything, I just expected better quality for the price.

"I had to reach out to customer..."
I had to reach out to customer service about a delayed order, and to their credit, they were polite when they finally replied. The only fun little twist was waiting a few days between responses and then having to explain the same issue again like we were starting a brand-new friendship each time. It did get sorted in the end, but wow, it definitely felt like it took longer than it needed to.

"Good bags, but the value doesn’t add up"
I like the bags overall, but I keep noticing the same pattern: the prices go up, while the quality feels pretty much the same. They’re nice enough and I don’t have any major complaints, but for what I paid, I expected a little more. It just doesn’t feel like the value is there anymore.
